When: January 26-28, 2018
Cost: The cost of the Retreat will be $165, which includes all of your food, lodging, transportation and sweatshirt. The registration deadline is January 17, 2018. If you register after that date, you will not be guaranteed a sweatshirt. If you want to play paintball, it is an additional $5.00 cash you will bring with you. You may also want to bring extra cash for the coffee shop!
A non-refundable $25 deposit is due upon registration. (Note: When registering online, if you pay only the $25 deposit when registering, the remainder of the balance will be charged to the same card on January 25th—unless otherwise requested via email to genesis@heartland.cc.)
Times: Meet at Heartland at 5:15 pm on the 26th (dinner will be provided) and we will return around 1:30 pm to Heartland on Sunday, January 28th
What to Bring: Warm clothes, toiletries, gym attire, gym shoes, Bible, pen, and journal: sleeping bag or linens, pillow, towel; outdoor winter gear, ice skates or other winter toys (optional).
What Not to Bring: drugs, tobacco or alcohol; fireworks, electronic devises or valubles (computers, ipods, ipads, jewelry, etc). Our goal is to be able to focus on the friends around us and to be in the moment in community… phones can be brought but need to be left in room for most of the time.
